We started Nova Haven because remodeling too often feels reactive — moving parts, moving prices, and moving timelines. Our answer is straightforward: plan the project thoroughly before we swing a hammer, put one person in charge of it, and finish it the way we said we would.
We work in homes across the Kansas City metro — from older houses in Mission Hills and Prairie Village to newer construction in south Overland Park and Lee's Summit. Every project, large or small, is treated with the same care.
We're not trying to be the biggest remodeler in the city. We'd rather be the one your neighbor recommends by name.

At the end of every project we ask ourselves the same four questions. Did we communicate clearly? Did we hold the schedule we promised? Did we leave the home cleaner than we found it? Will the work still look right in twenty years?
When the answer to all four is yes, the job is done.
