A line-item proposal — every fixture, allowance, and trade priced with clear notes on assumptions and exclusions.

Design & Planning

Selections, drawings, and pre-ordering. We aim to have materials on hand and the schedule sequenced before demo begins.

Outcome: Fewer mid-project pauses.

Construction

On-site project management, regular photo updates, floor protection, dust containment, and organized work areas with end-of-day cleanup.

Outcome: Predictable communication throughout the build.

Final Walkthrough

We walk the project with you, document a punch list together, and complete every item before we consider the job finished.
